Vertical Grain Air Filtration

Coreflow Pedestals are used in small to medium sized grain stores that are temporarily used for crop storage. Coreflow pedestals are a vertically standing crop cooling and conditioning system, evolved from 40 years of research and development. They are used to draw heat out of floor stored crops using a fan positioned at the top of the pedestal. It is a cost effective and flexible solution that ensures crops stay free from moulds and insects.

Lateral Grain Air Filtration Ducts

Coreflow Lateral Ducts are constructed from our very own Corrutech™ Twin wall pipe and are largely used in commercial applications where the shed is used primarily for crop storage. Coreflow Lateral ducts are horizontal air ducts that are connected to floor height holes in the wall of a grain store and run in long stretches underneath the crop. Often sheds are converted to having the ability to use Lateral Ducts. The main reason is for ease and effectiveness of bringing the crop in, maintaining crop quality and then efficiently getting the crop back out. They provide a vert even & thorough spread of airflow throughout a crop. The Range of Coreflow Lateral Ducts comes in diameters from 100mm through to 600mm in 3m lengths. Along with this, we make HDPE Joiners, Reducers, End caps, butterfly valves and specialised sleeves. 

  • Even distribution of airflow is assured. This is thanks to the unique ribbing and large holes that keep large crops free from storage insects and moulds.

Research has proven that the minimal pipe deflection caused by the pressure of crop storage has little or no permanent effect. Due to the unique material compound having a memory, any deflection usually reverts itself to its original shape.

HOT SPOT SPEARS

Coreflow Hot Spot Spears are designed for use as quick cures to small areas that are noticeably hot. This can be done by simply screwing the 2.35m spear into the area that is struggling with temperature. The spear comes with an easy to use ‘Anti Slip’ winding handle, making them quick and easy to use. The newly designed handle slides through a reinforced top section to ensure absolutely no slippage whilst the spear is being screwed into crop piles. They are constructed from tough, spiral wound, galvanised steel tubing.
