Buttwelding Machine Remedy
The Remedy is an independent, track driven welding machine powered by an on-board generator. It’s designed for butt welding HDPE and PP pipes from 200mm to 1000mm Ø. Availble in two versions: Manual or Easy life welding cycle. The Easy Life system is able to manage the welding process in a semi-automatic way. The welder’s electronic system allows for the continuous repeat of welding cycles and automatic control of preset parameters. The Remedy 1000 has a system to open and close the clamps and a heating plate and facer with hydraulic movement. The body is easily removable from its tracks so it can be used in confined spaces. The welding machine can be disconnectd from its generator and connected to a mainline or another external generator.
